About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a dependable, caring, and trustworthy Assistant Kids Club Manager for its childcare team. The role is suited to someone with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment, experience in a Kids Club setting, and a passion for children’s safety and well-being from two months to twelve years of age. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Assistant Kids Club Manager leads, coaches, and trains the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
• Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and childcare facility regulatory requirements.
• Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing, enriching environment for their growth and development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate Kids Club operating hours.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, and thorough approach to problem solving, with good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, move about club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to access and operate the Company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from a computer database or email system.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Kids Club facility and help maintain a safe and secure environment for children ages two months to twelve years.
• Supervise children's activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist with training the Kids Club Associate team.
• Schedule staff shifts, ensure adequate operating-hour coverage, and monitor child-to-staff ratios.
• Manage reservations and child agreements, communicate with parents, and track bookings.
• Work with the Kids Club Manager to align team goals, coordinate daily and weekly tasks, and support efficient operations.
• Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
• Develop age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Kids Club facility.
• Provide professional customer service to parents and guardians and respond to inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Communicate Kids Club policies, procedures, and updates to parents, staff, and gym management.
• Foster positive relationships with members and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
