About The Position

The Assistant Janitorial Manager supports cleaning operations across customer locations in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe, New Mexico. The role oversees daily operations, supports cleaning staff, and helps ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction across assigned locations. The position requires use of a personal vehicle to travel between locations; no company vehicle is provided, and mileage is reimbursed.

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel between Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
• Flexibility to accommodate operational scheduling needs.

• Experience in the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular building inspections to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are met.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Follow up on client requests, concerns, and complaints to support customer satisfaction.
• Ensure buildings are maintained and stocked with necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure cleaning duties are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to cleaning staff.
• Help maintain consistent service quality across assigned locations.
• Assist with daily operations and address staffing or facility needs as they arise.
