About The Position

Endeavor Montessori is seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher to help create a safe, positive learning environment for children. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, including meals and naptime. The teacher also helps lead learning activities, monitors children’s progress and development, and supports a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Six months of prior experience working in a certified child development center.
Prior experience with the assigned age group.
Meet specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
Love working with children.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in early childhood development or CDA certification preferred but not required.
One year of prior experience working in a certified child development center preferred.
