This position provides clerical and administrative support to the Campus Managers Office. The role involves performing administrative duties for a department to support faculty, staff, and/or student efforts. This includes handling correspondence, processing communications and mail, answering phones and emails, arranging conference calls, and managing the supervisor's schedule. The position also involves communicating program information, assisting students, and performing various clerical tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining files, and data entry. Additionally, the role may involve designing and producing documents, maintaining webpages, responding to inquiries, coordinating meetings and events, compiling reports, and potentially assisting with budget management and procurement processes. The role may also serve as a technical resource for office equipment and may oversee the workflow of others.
