Baptist Health Louisville Administration is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support assigned Executive(s) within our Administrative Offices. This role provides comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and conference calls, routing communications, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations. The ideal candidate will exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently while prioritizing multiple tasks. Responsibilities include tracking departmental information such as payroll, maintaining accurate files, coordinating interview logistics and travel, and preparing expense reports. The position also supports committees by organizing meetings, recording minutes, and distributing materials, as well as managing contracts by tracking expirations, assisting with renewals, and coordinating approvals. Additional duties include coordinating programs, seminars, and travel arrangements, and supporting executive direct reports as needed.
