About The Position

Trump International Hotel & Tower New York is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join their dynamic team. The candidate will assist in all facets of Housekeeping Operations, as well as long-term strategic planning. This role involves supporting, leading, and coaching the team to ensure consistently exceptional service delivery, long and short-term planning, running shifts, and daily training and reinforcement of service standards.

Requirements

  • Housekeeping department experience required
  • Previous experience in a luxury environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel property software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • 100% flexible in scheduling (Full availability, including weekends, and holidays)
  • Proactive and have a creative, positive, and focused vision

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred
  • Knowledge of multiple languages preferred
