DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking an experienced, driven Assistant Hotel General Manager for the AC Element Hotel by Marriott Rochester, NY at City Gate, a dual-branded hotel. The role assists in managing the hotel’s overall operations to support an efficient, successful, and profitable operation while delivering an exceptional experience for guests and associates. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and combines professionalism with a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality.
