Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years' experience managing multiple departments simultaneously
Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm that inspires others to put forth their best effort
Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising and developing team members
Exceptional organizational and logistics skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive critical thinking
Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships
Team-oriented approach with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Adaptability and grace under pressure when managing multiple priorities
Data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making
