About The Position

Academy Mapleton Hill is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Services team as our Assistant Health Services Manager. Working closely with our Director of Health Services, the Assistant Health Services Manager helps oversee the daily operations of Health Services while remaining actively involved with residents, families, caregivers, and the clinical needs of our community. Our ideal candidate is a strong nurse and a natural leader—someone who can build relationships with residents and families, mentor and support employees, recognize changes in resident condition, maintain strong documentation and regulatory standards, and help create an exceptional resident experience. Academy Mapleton Hill is a senior living community in Boulder, Colorado, offering Independent Living and Assisted Living in a highly personalized, hospitality-driven environment. Our approach to Health Services goes beyond simply responding to clinical needs. We believe in knowing our residents, building relationships with their families, understanding changes as they occur, and helping residents receive the right level of support while maintaining as much independence as possible.
