About The Position

The Buca Assistant General Manager at Roseville will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
