About The Position

This position is for an Assistant Girls Tennis Coach for the 26-27 school year. The coach will be responsible for supporting the athletic program and demonstrating knowledge of the assigned sport's fundamentals. The role requires enthusiasm for athletics, availability for all related activities, and the ability to model behavior as outlined in the Coaches Handbook. Successful coaching experience and a willingness to support the total athletic program are essential. The position also requires current First Aid and C.P.R. certification. New hires must attend training on Hepatitis B and HIV, receive necessary vaccinations, and complete sexual harassment training. Fingerprinting for a background check is also required. Head coaches must be 21 years of age, and assistant coaches must be 19 years of age, per WIAA Regulations. A classroom teacher is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for athletics.
• Current First Aid and C.P.R. card.
• Pursuant to WIAA Regulations, Assistant coaches must be 19 years of age.
• Successful coaching experience and training over a period of years.
