About The Position

KBP Foods is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant. The role helps lead the people, operations, and guest experience that support restaurant performance. It offers leadership development and opportunities to prepare for future General Manager and above-store roles. The position includes a quarterly restaurant performance bonus opportunity and paid training. Expected starting compensation for new hires is $18.50 to $20.00 per hour; compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

• Quick-service experience preferred.

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
