About The Position

KBP Foods is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant. The role helps lead the people, operations, and guest experience that support restaurant performance. It offers leadership development and a path toward General Manager and above-store opportunities. The Assistant General Manager leads and coaches the team, supports daily restaurant operations, maintains brand standards, and helps manage costs and profitability.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be available to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Quick-service restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly.
