About The Position

As a Dunkin’ Assistant General Manager, you’ll help oversee daily operations, support the team, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. The position is at the 568 Celina Dunkin in Celina, Ohio. It requires flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age, or older where required by applicable law.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to coach, train, and develop a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and overall store performance.
Lead, coach, and develop team members and Shift Leads.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage.
Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Monitor store performance and assist in achieving sales and operational goals.
