The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for communicating with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals, and forecasting and following up on staffing, workload, and performance results. They will manage assigned financial aspects by monitoring and tracking expenses, asset utilization, and preparing business reports. This role also involves ensuring facility-wide compliance with quality and safety standards, investigating and resolving associate, customer, and supplier concerns, and serving as a community liaison. The Assistant General Manager will supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing direction, monitoring performance, identifying training needs, and supporting company policies and procedures.
