Assistant General Manager

As a salaried member of a restaurant management team, you'll become an expert in all team member positions as you grow, guide, and support your work family in the primary support role of your General Manager. You'll be responsible for operating, maintaining, and initiating repairs on restaurant equipment, and help lead the team in running daily ops. We expect you to lead by example with loving, supportive behavior, inspiring staff to connect, smile, and hustle as you create memorable, fun-filled guest experiences. You can expect to work 45-55 hours a week and share in the open, mid-shift, or closing responsibilities with other managers.

Responsibilities
- Become an expert in all team member positions.
