Requirements

Minimum of 1-3 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
Strong knowledge of computer programs like MS Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity with restaurant management software
Availability to work nights and weekends
Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred, but practical experience and education combination considered

Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing daily operations
Creating a positive work environment for both employees and guests
Actively working on the floor to provide exceptional service
Overseeing restaurant operations
Maintaining high food quality standards
Leading and developing a team of 25+ employees per shift
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Addressing any performance gaps
Driving financial performance by adhering to budget guidelines and implementing operational efficiencies
Thoroughly investigating and resolving any complaints regarding food and beverage quality or service
Establishing a safe working environment where proper sanitary and safety procedures are followed
Maintaining a professional restaurant image, including ensuring cleanliness, proper uniforms, and adherence to appearance standards
