About The Position

The Assistant General Manager assists with restaurant operations, develops leaders, and ensures consistent execution of service, food quality, and hospitality standards. The role supports a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride across every shift and reports to the General Manager. It includes helping oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, support staffing and training, monitor financial performance, and address guest and team concerns.

• Ensure consistent execution of food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training to support business needs.
• Assist with monitoring financial performance, including labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Resolve guest and team concerns with professionalism, fairness, and urgency.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
