About The Position
High-Energy Assistant General Manager – Valet & Guest Experience Location: Southland Casino | West Memphis, AR Pay: $46,000 – $47,000 / year (Salaried) Position Type: Full-Time / All Shifts Step Into the Spotlight: Lead the Action at Southland Casino! Park Inc is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Assistant General Manager to lead our valet team at Southland Casino in West Memphis! You won't just be managing parking—you’ll be setting the tone for every guest's entire casino experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a fast paced work environment, parking management preferred
- Experience managing a large workforce with a variety of roles and responsibilities
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels
- Excellent interpersonal and excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be detailed oriented and able to make sound decisions withing assigned deadlines
- Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather conditions
- Must possess a valid drivers license at all times
- Must have at least 3 years driving history with a good driving record
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift)
- This is a 7 day operation and some days we provide service 24 hours
- Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as jog/run on a consistent basis

Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and inspire our valet crew to deliver 5-star customer service.
- Manage shift schedules, ensure full coverage, and keep operations running smooth and fast.
- Work closely with casino leadership and handle guest interactions with grace and charm.
- Coach, mentor, and retain top talent while building a culture of teamwork and safety.
- Perform fun "mystery shop" audits, review daily reports, and spot smart opportunities to make operations even better.
