Assistant General Manager
About The Position
Stretch Zone is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Assistant General Manager with experience in the health and wellness industry. The role combines management support with client-facing work as a certified stretch practitioner. New hires must complete two weeks of training, learning and testing Stretch Zone’s modalities and operations. Stretch practitioners provide clients with a comfortable stretching experience intended to boost energy, enhance mental clarity, and improve overall wellness. Stretch Zone uses a proprietary stretching method and patented stabilization system. Its facilities provide a welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable equipment. The Assistant General Manager helps introduce clients to Stretch Zone’s methods and programs, provides stretches, and supports the General Manager in store operations and customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in the health and wellness industry.
- Complete two weeks of training, including learning and testing Stretch Zone’s modalities and operations.
Responsibilities
- Introduce prospective clients to Stretch Zone’s methods and present a program tailored to their needs.
- Maintain clients’ programs by providing weekly stretches.
- Support the store General Manager and follow their direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service and effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques.
- Help create a long-term customer loyalty environment.
