Requirements
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Lead membership sales performance while ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Coach, train, and motivate staff.
- Oversee daily club operations.
- Enforce SOP compliance.
- Support KPI achievement.
- Handle member concerns.
- Drive outreach and retention initiatives in partnership with the GM.
