About The Position

Jiffy Lube, operated by Premium Velocity Auto (PVA), is hiring a high-energy Assistant General Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales results, and lead a team focused on excellent guest experiences. The AGM supports the General Manager, helps improve store performance, and contributes to a positive store culture. The role involves hands-on leadership and performing lube services while using J Team Service Standards. When the General Manager is away, the Assistant General Manager takes ownership of operations.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
At least 1 year of retail management experience, including experience in automotive, fast food, or retail.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and percentages.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use computers and internet tools confidently and complete required forms.
Physical ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, and climb.
Comfort working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments.
Authorization to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store, maintaining a clean, safe, and operationally excellent environment.
Oversee cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
Help manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members.
Lead by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
Create positive guest experiences and resolve concerns professionally.
Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
Take ownership of operations when the General Manager is away.
