Requirements
- Hotel leaders with supervisory or management experience
- Strong operational knowledge
- A track record of developing teams and delivering results.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is essential.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager to lead daily hotel operations.
- Support Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to keep the hotel guest-ready.
- Coach associates and reinforce service and performance expectations.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and follow-through.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, labor controls, and operational reporting.
- Uphold Marriott brand standards, cleanliness, and safety practices.
