The Assistant General Manager is a highly skilled position which plays an important role in maintaining positive experiences for our team and our guests. You will work closely with the General Manager to hire, train, and motivate staff members, cultivating a passionate and professional team. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including menu changes, seating, purchasing, and receiving. You are responsible for collaborating with the culinary team on the consistency of presentation and adherence to the recipes. You must be able to have a keen eye to cleanliness and organization of the space and lead a thriving, organized, and professional team with care for excellent guest experience.
