About The Position

Four Seasons is seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant General Manager to support the vision of providing exceptional service to all guests at Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a cohesive team with potential for career growth globally. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager in overseeing the restaurant and bar operations, focusing on selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching employees to ensure cultural and core standards are met. The ideal candidate will be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote positive public relations, and handle guest concerns or special requests.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in restaurant operations
Genuine passion for Food and Beverage
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management
Flexible schedule
Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Overseeing the Bourbon Steak Restaurant & Bar operations
