About The Position

The Assistant General Manager oversees bar operations and supports hotel service excellence at the Drury Plaza Columbus Downtown hotel. This role leads hospitality professionals to deliver high-quality service and smooth hotel and bar operations, creates welcoming guest experiences, and assists with daily hotel management. The position also supports team development and financial performance while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Passion for serving others and exceeding guest expectations.
Proven experience in hotel operations and/or bar management in a hospitality setting.
Knowledge of bar operations and beverage cost control.
At least one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
