About The Position
As part of Drury Hotels’ Operations Leadership team, the Assistant General Manager provides leadership across all hotel departments, helps deliver exceptional guest service, and supports team members in achieving success. The role focuses on meeting business metrics for quality, service, profitability, and team performance, while modeling quality assurance best practices and consistently meeting or exceeding performance measures. Hotel experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Passion for serving others and exceeding guest expectations.
- At least one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
- Hotel experience preferred.
