About The Position

Richmond Hill Montessori Preschool is seeking an Assistant GA Pre-K Teacher to help create a safe, positive learning environment for children. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, meals, and naptime. The teacher helps lead learning activities that support children’s development, monitors their progress, and fosters a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. The school offers a supportive environment and resources for educators, along with education incentives and career development programs. Richmond Hill Montessori Preschool is part of Endeavor Schools, which operates more than 100 schools in 14 states.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential.

Nice To Haves

CDA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Two or more years of experience is preferred.
