About The Position

The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager with all aspects of the Front Office Operation, which include planning, organization, development and direction of the Front Office Team. Pro-Actively partners with the Front Office leadership team to ensure that the Front Office staff operate and deliver the highest service standards as they relate to efficiency, professionalism, accuracy, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Three or more years related experience required.
  • Requires the ability to lead others in the department by mentoring and providing training that results in staff that meets/exceeds guest expectations and provides a high level of service.
  • Must have excellent customer service/communication skills to work with guests and providing a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior lead or supervisory experience in a similar role desired.
  • Experience within a hotel/resort environment.
