We are seeking a poised, detail-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to join our celebrated team. You will partner closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless daily operations, elevate every guest touchpoint, and inspire a front desk team that takes pride in the art of hospitality. This is a role for someone who leads by example, anticipates needs before they are voiced, and understands that true luxury lives in the details. Requirements

  • 3+ years in a front office supervisory role, ideally in 5-star or boutique luxury hospitality
  • Warm, professional presence with exceptional guest-facing communication
  • Fluency in property management systems (Opera or equivalent)
  • Composure and decisive problem-solving under pressure
  • Strong team leadership and staff development skills
  • Flexibility across shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations including guest arrivals and departures
  • Supervise, mentor, and schedule front office team members
  • Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments and preferences
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery with discretion
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and oversee accurate folio management
  • Maintain compliance with hotel policies, standards, and brand guidelines
  • Liaise with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B to ensure cohesive service
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to hotel leadership
