About The Position

Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center, managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join its Food and Beverage management team. The role assists with daily food and beverage operations, team development, guest service, dining experiences, revenue goals, and cost management. The position offers an annual salary range of $65,000–$70,000, along with benefits for eligible associates and their family members.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous leadership experience in food and beverage supervision or management in a hotel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing the team.
• Commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
• Food Handler and TIPS certifications, or the ability to obtain them within 30 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Food Manager certification preferred.
• Experience with TOAST POS is a plus.
