About The Position

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join the Food and Beverage management team at Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook, Illinois. The role supports daily food and beverage operations, team development, guest service, dining experiences, revenue goals, and cost management. The annual salary range is $65,000–$70,000.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in food and beverage supervision or management in a hotel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing the team.
• A commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
• Food Handler and TIPS certifications, or the ability to obtain them within 30 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Food Manager certification preferred.
• Experience with TOAST POS.
