It features a private member's club with a marina, restaurants, equestrian center, shooting club, golf courses, lawn and racquet club, and a community farm. The development also includes a nature preserve, walking trails, retail shopping, an art gallery, and a vibrant village that honors the region's heritage. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for upholding service standards and managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This role involves directing front-of-the-house staff to ensure efficient service and drive sales, conducting pre-shift meetings, and engaging with guests and members to provide personalized service. The position requires active participation in all service operations, including presenting menus, taking orders, managing reservations, serving food and beverages, greeting and seating guests, and maintaining related records. The role also involves cross-training and supporting other Club Restaurants and Banquet/Catering operations as needed.
