The Assistant Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Operations (FBO) team and Grove Restaurant team in the successful daily operation of special events and retail service at Copia. This role supports daily F&B operations through applying the necessary systems and procedures that support the standards of operational excellence, safety, efficiency, and goals set by the property. The Assistant F&B manager is responsible for efficiently managing and delegating all front of the house aspects of service and scheduling as directed by the Senior Director of Food and Beverage across assigned outlets. This position provides excellent customer service for all guests. The Assistant F&B Manager responds in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. The Assistant F&B Manager provides a regular floor presence across assigned outlets, assisting guests and providing constructive feedback to front-of-house staff, while ensuring the smooth running of their assigned service shift.
