About The Position

Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving financial performance, ensuring excellence in service, efficiency, and team leadership through direct involvement and guidance of supervisory staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be as assigned. Support the Manager in maintaining service excellence by ensuring prompt, friendly, and professional interactions with guests. Address concerns quickly and effectively to create a welcoming dining experience. Contribute to a lively and engaging environment by motivating the team, reinforcing hospitality standards, and ensuring the ambiance reflects the brand’s culture and expectations. Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, such as upselling, promotions, and special events, while focusing on continuous improvement in service quality and consistency. Prepare and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage, efficiency, and labor cost control, while balancing team member availability and business demands.

Requirements

  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have at least 1 year of management and hospitality experience.
  • Able to follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for employment.
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
