Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
About The Position
Our hotel restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily Restaurant & Bar operations. This role involves creating memorable moments for guests, inspiring a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional service. The supervisor will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, maintaining a strong floor presence, upholding brand and quality standards, coordinating between kitchen and dining teams, monitoring inventory, managing labor levels, supporting cost-control goals, conducting audits, and supporting emergency procedures while adhering to all hotel policies.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of food & beverage experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and people-leadership skills
- A love for hospitality and delivering standout guest service
- Ability to work in a 24/7 hotel environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts
Responsibilities
- Lead daily Restaurant & Bar operations with energy and confidence
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain a strong floor presence during key meal periods
- Ensure brand, quality, and guest satisfaction standards are consistently met
