The supervisor will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, maintaining a strong floor presence, upholding brand and quality standards, coordinating between kitchen and dining teams, monitoring inventory, managing labor levels, supporting cost-control goals, conducting audits, and supporting emergency procedures while adhering to all hotel policies.
