About The Position

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Where great service meets good times. Are you the kind of person who can spot an empty water glass from across the room, rally a team during the dinner rush, and still smile when someone asks, “Can I speak to the manager?” We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help keep the food, drinks, service, and—most importantly—the guest experience running smoothly.

Requirements

• Hospitality experience with a passion for food, beverage, and people.
• Leadership experience—or the drive and potential to step into a bigger leadership role.
• Someone who stays cool under pressure and brings good energy to the room.
• A strong communicator who knows how to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
• A detail-oriented multitasker who can keep the big picture in sight.
• A genuine hospitality mindset. You understand that the little things often make the biggest impression.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire our food & beverage team to deliver genuinely awesome service.
• Help oversee daily restaurant, bar, and/or banquet operations.
• Be the go-to problem solver when things get busy, unexpected, or delightfully chaotic.
• Create a fun, positive team environment where people actually enjoy coming to work.
• Keep an eye on service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, ordering, and controlling costs.
• Jump in wherever needed—because great managers aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
• Build relationships with guests and make sure their experience is one worth talking about.
• Partner with the Food & Beverage Manager and leadership team to keep operations moving forward.
