About The Position

White Pines is a 36-hole facility with 5 rental spaces for everything from weddings to small gatherings. This is a part-time position where the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will handle day-to-day operations, assist with golf outings, banquets, and special events, and act as a supervisor when other management is not present. The role involves addressing guest inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive experience, adhering to safety regulations, and supporting part-time staff during busy periods. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry (1-2 years preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Serve Safe certification
• Certified food protection Manager
• Basset Certification
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stay on feet for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Handle day to day operations
• Assist with golf outings, banquets, and any other special events
• Open and Close the facility
• Act as acting supervisor when shift supervisors and food and beverage coordinator are not there
• Address guests inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience
• Adhere to all safety regulations
• Support part time staff during busy times
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
