Assist in training, leading, motivating, coaching F&B host to ensure company and department standards are met; actively participate and contribute in promotional actives; effectively schedule hosts and monitor inventory to control department costs; provide recommendations for improvements and solutions to generate revenue and maximize profits; certify quality dining experience through effective interactions with guests; be knowledgeable about food and beverage products; appropriately communicate and cultivate effective relationships with hosts and leadership to ensure operational excellence; regularly attend operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments; create and nurture a Great Place to Work for All.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in line supervisory experience in Food & Beverage required
Must possess working knowledge of food & beverage operations
Must have knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding environment
Must be able to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations and guests
Must be able to read, write, and speak proficiently in the English language
Must possess valid driver’s License
Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts

Nice To Haves

Experience in a luxury environment
Knowledge of Honolulu and surrounding areas desired

Responsibilities
