About The Position

The Assistant Facility Administrator assists with managing nursing services and care at a chronic hemodialysis facility and helps ensure safe, therapeutic nursing management of patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). The role may include working with the facility manager on overall facility and teammate management and acting as the manager in their absence. The Assistant Facility Administrator partners with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns and advance regional goals and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Current CPR certification required, or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Complete a training program approved by the medical director and governing body, as required by CMS guidelines, before operating the water treatment system.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Functional proficiency in all DaVita clinical and business applications within 90 days.
• Passion for making a difference in people's lives.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related area.
• At least 2 years of experience in a dialysis facility.
