About The Position

District Attorney's Office District 7 (Hancock County and Washington County) is seeking a full-time Assistant District Attorney. The Assistant District Attorney will be primarily responsible for criminal prosecutions in the Unified Criminal Court in Hancock County as well as appellate cases before the Law Court. ADAs could occasionally handle conflict cases in our Washington County Offices.

Members of the Maine Bar and in good standing

Trial experience and developed trial skills a plus

Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for criminal prosecutions in the Unified Criminal Court in Hancock County
Handle appellate cases before the Law Court
Occasionally handle conflict cases in Washington County Offices
