Assistant Director - Residential Services - Springfield (internal employees only)
About The Position
HCRS is seeking a full-time Assistant Director for Residential Services to lead day-to-day operations of Adult Residential programs in Windsor and Windham counties. The role supports quality and compliance and provides clinical and administrative supervision to residential leaders. The successful candidate will bring strong interpersonal, supervisory, and organizational skills and collaborate with staff at all levels. The ideal candidate has a master’s degree, clinical licensure, and residential leadership experience. Requirements
- A clinical master’s degree and clinical license, or eligibility for licensure.
- Demonstrated knowledge of residential services and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of the Vermont mental health system of care.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and organizational skills.

- Pay of $100,000 to $115,000 annually.
