Assistant Director - Residential Services - Springfield (internal employees only)
About The Position
HCRS is seeking a full-time Assistant Director for Residential Services to lead day-to-day operations of its Adult Residential programs in Windsor and Windham counties. The role supports quality and compliance and provides clinical and administrative supervision to residential leaders. The organization seeks a collaborative leader with strong interpersonal, supervisory, and organizational skills, as well as residential leadership experience. Requirements
- A clinical Master's degree and license or eligibility for licensure.
- Demonstrated knowledge of residential services and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of the Vermont mental health system of care.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff.
