About The Position

Unidine, a hospitality food service group and member of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Assistant Director, Operations in Atlanta, Georgia. The role provides primary support to ensure an ideal workflow and exceptional service. The individual helps oversee staff standards and procedures, safety, sanitation, maintenance, client and customer satisfaction, and cost-effective operations. They also support associate development and coordinate the work of subordinate supervisors and managers.

Requirements

At least 3–5 years of experience.
An associate degree is required, or equivalent and relevant experience.
Superior quantitative, oral and written communication, problem-solving, and strategizing skills.
A proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in the business.
Conformity to high standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
Strong work ethic, drive, and initiative focused on quality and customer service.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and review standards and work procedures for all staff in accordance with facility policies and practices.
Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs while maintaining strong client and customer relationships.
Help ensure client and customer satisfaction and efficient, cost-effective management.
Promote the professional growth and development of associates.
Coordinate the tasks of subordinate supervisory and management teams through regular communication.
Perform other duties as assigned.
