The Assistant Director works closely with the Director of Class & Affinity Giving to design and implement a comprehensive philanthropy program for recent graduates. With meaningful latitude for independent judgment, this role helps develop and execute strategic solicitation plans that increase undergraduate alumni participation through innovative and enhanced approaches to engagement and giving. Serving as a primary point of contact for young alumni fundraising initiatives, the Assistant Director collaborates with colleagues across Annual Giving Programs to support targeted solicitation campaigns informed by emerging industry trends and performance analysis. In partnership with the Associate Director of Reunion Giving, the role manages philanthropy volunteers for the 5th, 10th, and 15th Reunion cohorts, and consults on associated fundraising efforts. The Assistant Director also works closely with the Associate Director of Student Giving to support the student to alumni transition and collaborates with the Alumni Relations and Constituent Engagement (ARCE) team to advance coordinated young alumni engagement strategies across channels.
