About The Position

Eden Roc Miami Beach is seeking a security leader to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. The role involves developing and overseeing security procedures, supervising security personnel, responding to incidents and emergencies, and providing service and support to guests and employees. The position also works with local law enforcement and emergency responders and contributes to the resort’s commitment to safety and guest service.

Requirements

Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in using security equipment and software.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Hospitality, or a related field.
First Aid/CPR certification and training in crisis management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and procedures.
Train and supervise security personnel, ensuring compliance with protocols.
