Hilton Grand Vacations Elara is seeking an Assistant Director of Security to join the team. This role involves leading the Security team, assessing the efficiency of claims management activities, providing technical and project management services for security system improvements (CCTV, locks, access control, fire safety, asset protection), coordinating crisis management programs, and developing and implementing emergency procedures and training. The Assistant Director will also direct the Resort Safety and Security review program, determine staffing needs for security and aquatics, and handle HR-related tasks such as scheduling, payroll verification, mentorship, performance management, and career development for team members. Collaboration with area security leaders on company and regional goals, working closely with the Hilton Worldwide Safety & Security team for compliance and training, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local requirements (including OSHA and fire/life safety), assessing departmental performance, supporting Legal and Risk Management with investigations, and assisting the General Manager with budget establishment and operation are also key aspects of this position.
