About The Position
Evergreen Retirement Community in Cincinnati, Ohio, is hiring an Assistant Director of Rehab for its outpatient rehabilitation setting. The position is 100% on-site and is open to a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant. The Assistant Director supports the Program Manager and serves as a resource for staff and patients while helping lead clinical operations and patient-centered care. The organization describes itself as 100% employee-owned.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy program.
- Valid clinical license in the state of Ohio.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation, outpatient, long-term care, or acute care.
Responsibilities
- Support and help manage daily operations of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Coordinate therapy services with the nursing department and broader care team.
- Supervise therapists, assistants, and rehabilitation aides.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Symbria policies.
- Monitor team productivity and caseload balance.
- Assist with community marketing and promotion of rehabilitation services.
- Collect outcome data to track and improve program performance.
- Step in as Program Manager when needed.
