This includes managing benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention strategies, staff communication, career development, wage and hour compliance, training, workers' compensation, and legal matters concerning resort employees. The role also involves delivering workplace learning and performance improvement programs to ensure long-term business success and cultivating a culture of care for all employees through effective communication and employee relations.
