About The Position

Camp Lincoln is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations & Staffing to join its year-round leadership team in North-Central Minnesota. This role is crucial in making camp experiences possible by recruiting and supporting seasonal staff, and by leading day-to-day operations. As part of Cote Hospitality, a family-owned company, there are opportunities for career growth beyond camp. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work comfortably in an active, outdoor camp environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous residential summer camp leadership experience strongly preferred.
Recruiting, HR, hiring, or onboarding experience is a plus.
Experience with CampMinder and/or ADP is a plus.
Collaborative, flexible, and genuinely passionate about creating great experiences for young people and staff.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and support seasonal staff.
Coordinate staff logistics, scheduling, training, supplies, purchasing, and vehicles.
Lead day-to-day operational needs to keep camp running smoothly.
Help build a positive and welcoming culture for staff.
Support marketing and recruiting efforts.
Assist with year-round planning and post-season feedback.
